The HoliShred is a robust manual shredder designed to transform your plastic scraps and waste into flakes. It allows for the preparation of ready-to-use raw material for your injections with the HoliPress.
This product is primarily used by schools within the framework of teaching circular economy, as well as by laboratories developing or characterizing new materials. It also allows for testing material recyclability, working with small quantities of material, or even reproducing a part in its original material when it is no longer available on the market.

To guarantee optimal shredding of polymers without requiring excessive effort, the HoliShred is equipped with a robust three-lever system. This mechanical design multiplies the operator’s force, making it possible to shred technical materials loaded with up to 30% glass fiber. The resulting flakes fall directly into a dedicated collection bin, clean and ready to be transferred into your press.
The handling of the shredding blades is carried out in complete safety thanks to a double safety device. The HoliShred integrates an ergonomic pusher coupled with a transparent protection window: once the pusher is in position, any contact with the cutting elements is physically impossible. This design allows for visual monitoring of the shredding progress in real time while guaranteeing total safety for the operator.
