The HoliPress High Temp expands prototyping and small series possibilities for the most demanding materials. Designed specifically for the processing of high-performance polymers such as PEEK, PEI, or PPS, it reaches injection temperatures of up to 500 °C. This compact machine offers industrial quality without the footprint or operating costs of a conventional press.

This machine stands out for its ability to deliver high thermal power in a format that is both compact and intuitive. It allows R&D teams and engineers to test new materials and produce complex technical parts in complete autonomy.
By moving these tests away from your production lines, you gain responsiveness, shorten development cycles, and secure the transformation of the most demanding polymers without disrupting your industrial tools.
Adapted for working with small volumes of raw material, the HoliPress High Temp can operate with just a few dozen grams of material.
Working at 500 °C requires uncompromising engineering. The HoliPress High Temp was developed to provide constant thermal stability and reliability during every injection.
To guarantee the equipment’s longevity and process safety, this model requires the joint use of an industrial water chiller (equipped with a compressor, a minimum flow rate of 13L/min, and a cooling capacity of 1200 Kcal/h). This cooling control maintains regular work rates while protecting the machine’s critical components.
We manufacture an injection press that is compatible with both traditional machined metal molds and resin 3D-printed molds. This versatility allows the machine and its use to be adapted to the technical constraints and objectives of each project.
