It has been designed for professionals requiring a perfect balance between compactness and performance. With its 16 cm³ capacity, it allows for the production of high-finesse technical parts, transforming any desk into an agile and accessible prototyping unit.
The engineering of the HoliPress 16+ has been designed to simplify every gesture and offer fluid and intuitive handling. The machine never feels heavy: the settings are placed in the right spots and are immediately accessible. The handle limits muscle tension and makes sequential cycles more comfortable.
This fluidity is also found in the worm screw mechanism, which allows the injection block to be positioned effortlessly, adapting perfectly to the mold geometry. The grooved base ensures stable and modular clamping (for fixing the vice or with hydraulic clamping guides).
Finally, direct access to the heating unit facilitates material reloading and cleaning, ensuring fast maintenance operations and sustained productivity over time.
The pack includes a standard nozzle as well as a shut-off nozzle, allowing it to adapt to the specific properties of the materials used.
A heated nozzle is also available as an option for the injection of the most demanding technical materials that cool quickly, such as polyamide.
The architecture of the machine allows for the isolation of heat points. This protective design ensures safe handling at the level of the lever and the base, guaranteeing operator safety throughout the transformation process.
