The machine was designed to eliminate physical strain: despite weighing several dozen kilograms, it is handled with great fluidity as every adjustment is immediately accessible. The extendable lever changes the game by multiplying your power: you reach maximum injection force regardless of the operator, while maintaining a high injection speed compared to a flywheel press.
Thanks to the rack-and-pinion system, you switch from one mold to another in seconds with high precision. This ensures equipment that truly adapts to the workflow and the human, not the other way around.
Regarding safety, its faired design perfectly isolates heat zones to protect the user, while guaranteeing 3 high-performance heating levels, including a heated nozzle to maintain material fluidity until it reaches the mold.
The machine’s design allows the injection force to be modulated according to the complexity of the parts. The length-adjustable lever acts as a true pressure amplifier, allowing injection pressures up to 150 bars.
Vertical adjustment becomes a fluid movement. Thanks to the high-resistance rack system, the robust injection block moves with lightness. This mechanism ensures precise, immediate alignment with the mold, drastically reducing setup times between two injection series. Height adjustment also allows great freedom in the shape and size of the molds used, while avoiding unnecessary material waste used to compensate for the gap between the mold and the nozzle.
The piston was designed to be easily extracted and cleaned, minimizing downtime during material changes. This guarantees the durability of critical components and ensures process cleanliness essential for professional results.
The heating body is directly accessible, allowing a brush to be easily inserted to remove all plastic traces and ensure optimal cleaning.
